Schylar Harris is an alumna of Louisiana State University who studied mass communications with a focus on public relations and a minor in psychology.

 

She is an Administrative Assistant at Louisiana Sheirffs' Pension and Relief Fund. Previously, she was the Digital Media Relations Coordinator for the nonprofit OneUp.Fit, where she controlled their social media, communicated with clients and managed the website. Schylar also worked for LSU's newspaper, The Reveille, as a Digital Reporter with a media focus.

 

Living in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Schylar enjoys going on walks around LSU Lakes to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She also likes to participate in yoga and meditation to remain mentally balanced. As an advocate for health, she supports mental and physical health.

 

When she is not spending time outdoors, Schylar likes to spend time being creative. In her free time, she writes, draws, knits, and reads. She enjoys activities that help boost the creative flow and allows her to express herself. She aspires to work somewhere she can be creative and hopes to have a positive impact on people.
